Please I have been trying to login to mu Espees for weeks but I am still unable. What's happening ?

I am not able to load my espees wallet with my Zenith ghana debit card. Error code 8 ERR_TIMED_OUT
I can't seem to withdraw money from my naira account for 2days now...it's not working
I transferred espees for PCDL subscription but they don't reflect in the PCDL wallet.
Please assist
I updated my Espees wallet and it wipes off all the credit n the transactions I have had in the past
